GroupSource recommends that members maintain group benefits while receiving Workers’ Compensation benefits. The employer should refer to the specific Workers’ Compensation legislation for the member’s Province of residence, as legislation varies by Province.

Notify your Billing Administrator by email or by changing the employee’s status in WEBS if any member is absent from work and on Workers’ Compensation, be sure to include the last day worked.
