By copying and pasting the following wording in an email to your plan members, you can let them know about this change, and give them direct access to online resources on myGroupSource.

I wanted to let you know that your employee benefit plan will be transitioning to myGroupSource, a new platform for you to submit claims and access your personal benefits information.

- Efficiently submit claims
- View your benefits information, coverage details, and benefit balances
- Access your new digital benefits card
- Easily update your contact and direct deposit details
- Get help when you need it.
Over the coming weeks, GroupSource will be communicating with you directly with instructions on how and when you can access myGroupSource.
